This qualification is designed for learners who are working, or would like to work, in a senior business administration role within any sector or industry. This is a cross sector qualification aimed at current and prospective business administrators. This qualification covers the skills needed to be successful at a managerial level, and covers competencies applicable to a wide range of contexts. This course will help the learner to achieve the skills required to manage present day business and management issues. This qualification offers an engaging programme for higher education and adult learners who are clear about the area of employment they wish to enter or to which they wish to progress within existing employment. To achieve NCFE level 4 diploma in business administration, candidates must achieve a minimum of 57 credits.


The main objective of this qualification is to provide learners with the skills they need to operate as a successful senior business administrator. For those who already fulfilling a business administration role, it will help them to confirm competence. This course allows learners to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to business administration roles, such as communication, presentation skills and providing administrative support. Moreover it helps learners to develop the skills and qualities valued in employees by employers and make them understand and work on their strengths and weaknesses as a business administrator. This course will also provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to carry out their roles in an effective an efficient manner.
